1. Define your requirements for happy marriage and family
1. Respect
2. Loyalty
3. Easy to get along with
2.  Do not care about what they want until they have shown they can meet your requirements
1. Never give them anything in the HOPE that they will behave the way you want. That behaviour must exist prior to your involvement.
3. TEST their ability to fulfil your requirements
1. RESPECT
1. The most important person in this relationship is YOU, not HER
2. If she disagrees with your opinion she can voice her disagreement, but should NEVER act in a way to force or guilt you into changing your mind
3. Must never question or belittle you in front of others
2. LOYALTY
1. If you ask her to go somewhere with you, she must go
2. She must come home with you
3. She is not allowed to be in the presence of other men in a social setting without you around
3. EASY TO GET ALONG WITH
1. If you make a mistake, she should be able to accept it without serious quarrel
2. If you are in a bad situation, she must not make it worse
3. If you ask her to do something, she must do it without resistance or making you feel guilty
4. The bottom line is, if she cannot accept these realities, she will not make you happy as a wife, and is only good for frivolous fun.
5. If she cannot accept these realities without monetary coercion, she is not a wife, she is an employee
